With the right set-up, you will see the benefits immediately.

4. Directory submission: Directories a few years back was the favorite for many people when searching for certain types of services, stores, and websites, however, today search engines have taken over this area. This certainly does not mean that directories are a thing of the past. Search engines love directories. Of course, you cannot depend on traffic from the directories but you can depend on search engines picking up your link that was found in the various directories. This will improve your rankings among the search engines since you will have more inbound links to your website.

5. Blogging: Create a Blog on your website- put in user friendly content that relates to your medical profession. Remember good content attracts people.. This should work as a good 'pull' mechanism.

6. Profile on Social Networking websites: If it works "offline" then it would also work online. The citizens of the Internet, specifically the entrepreneurs of online business, have seen the power of social networking. Because of this, they have developed methods on how to utilize this to their advantage.
