Features of Admin area:

- Administrator can edit/delete any information stored by staff members into the system.
Features of Client area:
- Client can submit their new cases to collection agency.
- Client can keep track and record of cases submitted by him.
- Client can view progress of cases submitted.
Features of Office Staff area:
- Can create new cases in the software which are submitted by Clients.
- Can build record of all the cases submitted by Client.
- Can search record on the basis of Case ID, Client name, Phone, Latest Status, Reference number, Zip code, and City.
- Can delete or modify the Case record.
This application also have several other features which are required in any kind of Collections software.
